- ArmyMaster, supplier from now, reserves the right to delete or block accounts at any time, especially if there is a violation of the T & C or general rules of the game or the forum of the game. No user has rights on the implementation of the supplier. The supplier is required to determine whether temporary or permanent blocking of a user. If that user is a member of a group of users, it could block the group if they thought fit. This lock can be done on one or more applications provider.

- All user accounts, including its resources, virtual objects etc are only of the application. The user does not obtain ownership or any other right in the account or part of it. All rights are reserved by the supplier. There shall be no exploitation rights or other rights to the user.

- You are not allowed to share accounts, which means that different users use a single account. All users agree to use only one account.

- You have no right to use mechanisms, or programs that connect to Web sites that may impair the operation or development of the game. The user should not take actions that could overwhelm the technical capabilities of the server. You can not block, overwrite, modify, or discontinue the content of the game.

- When a user is registered, the supplier will provide the user a part or total of the game for free. However, the supplier has the right at any time to submit the entire game or a part of it to pay, and the provider can determine the time of the game and the content or actions that entitles user the pay, always reporting the user in advance.

- Donations, as such, are not entitled to claim any kind of service, and will not be returned under any circumstances. Any service offered by ArmyMaster in the case of donations, is offered only by the will of ArmyMaster, no contracts and no obligation.

- In case of data loss that not allows to play the user, ArmyMaster is not responsible of any problem derived of it. In case the user has pay for the use of the application or a part of it, and account is inhabilited and unrecoverable, the user will obtain other account with the same paid privileges. If an account is canceled or eventually closed by an violation of Terms & Conditions or game rules, user loss him rights on this issue.

- The supplier reserves the right to modify or expand these Terms & Conditions and game rules at any time. If in any time user not agree with T & C or game rules, must leave the game.

- From user is registered, he is accepting this T & C and game rules.

- Any other issue, will be resolved by ArmyMaster.
